Jeffrey Cowan is a seasoned real estate entrepreneur and hospitality investor with over a decade of experience creating, scaling, and revitalizing high-performing properties across the U.S. He is the founder of Echo Beach Capital, where he leads acquisitions, development, and capital strategy for hospitality, wellness, and mixed-use projects in high-growth markets.

Jeff previously founded Stay Wildflower, a boutique short-term rental company that managed 25 properties in Los Angeles and hosted over 7,000 guests from around the world. Under his leadership, the company became a top-rated Airbnb Superhost for 10 consecutive years and generated eight figures in revenue.

Jeff is currently leading the development of multiple landmark projects, including the 110-acre Bubbling Wells wellness resort and residential community in Desert Hot Springs and the 160-acre Mandarina South master planned community in Mesa, Arizona. He specializes in creative capital structuring, including the strategic use of EB-5 and private equity to fund transformative real estate ventures.
